Exchange Policy

At BubbleBee Garment 🐝, customer satisfaction and comfort are our priority. If you face any issue with your order, we offer an easy exchange option under the following terms and conditions start with record the video of product you received and show fully after unboxing like all corner unfold it and show the full product on front and back.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 2–3 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • Must record video of unboxing the product and doing unfolding and show full front and back of the product.

❌ Non-Eligible Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • Tags or original packaging are missing.

  • Request is raised after the allowed exchange period.

  • Damage is caused due to improper handling by the customer.

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID and reason for exchange 📩.

  2. Our team will review and approve the request ✅.

  3. Pickup will be arranged through our courier partner (subject to service availability) 🚚.

  4. After product inspection, the replacement item will be shipped.

👗 Size Exchange

  • Size exchange is allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.

🚚 Shipping & Handling

  • Exchange pickup and delivery timelines depend on courier service availability.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for multiple exchange requests.

⏱️ Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange processing may take 5–10 business days after pickup and quality inspection.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • BubbleBee Garment reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Slight color variation due to screen settings or lighting is not considered a defect.
